1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is provided

- Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your request and respond within 2β3 business days.
3. Return Approval & Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide instructions for returning the item
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return shipping costs:
- Covered by Green Ceylon if the error is ours (wrong or defective item)
- Covered by the customer in other approved cases
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible
Refund methods:
- PayHere: Refunded to the same account
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the customerβs bank account
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)
π Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if:
- The product received is defective or incorrect
- The requested replacement is available in stock
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

- Opened or used items
- Customized or made-to-order products
8. Damaged Items During Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos before opening
- Report the issue within 48 hours
- Failure to report within this time may result in rejection of the claim
